  21. The Microsoft software license with the Blue Ribbon software on Compuserve  
  22. prohibits duplication.  It appears to be their standard license.  This would 
  23. prevent  the legal posting of these programs at other sites or in a news 
  24. group.  This seems very strange.  Without the manual Bars & Pipes is probably 
  25. the most useless midi sequencing software ever created.  With the proper 
  26. documentating however it is my opinion that it is one of the most powerful and 
  27. useful music programs on the market.  Why then prevent the free distribution 
  28. of B&P, SuperJam, etc.
